Reconeixem-nos

Reconeixem-nos is an annual conference where we discuss issues related to youth policies together with youth groups.

The “Catalog of Training Resources for Youth Entities” has been created from the second edition of the conference “(Re)coneixem-nos: Let’s make visible the youth action”, which took place on May 12 online way.

This meeting space had two main objectives:

  • Discuss youth participation and action.
  • Get to know different entities and useful resources, to make them available to youth professionals to improve their work.

The day has been organized by the Association of Casals and Youth Groups of Catalonia and the Catalan Association of Youth Professionals.

It was attended by more than 20 people from the world of associations and youth and the board of entities was made up of 6 organizations. It was open to anyone who worked or was interested in youth and training.

We put at your disposal the resource and an article, the result of this collaborative work that aims to bring together organizations, professionals and people linked to the field of youth as well as the promotion of active participation.

The day (Re)coneixem-nos, held on 20th January 2020, has given rise to the “Catalog of training resources of youth organizations.” This meeting space had two main objectives:

  • Discuss the importance of training in policies, local plans and working with young people.
  • Know different existing useful resources that are made available to professionals to improve their work.

Promoters of the day: the Association of Casals and Youth Groups of Catalonia and the Catalan Association of Youth Professionals.

Participants: more than a dozen organizations and around 30 participants. Open to everyone who works or is interested in youth and training.

This resource that we now offer you is the result of collaborative work and aims to bring you closer to the entities that participated in the (Re)coneixem-nos, so that you have more options when you want to train yourself or young people you work with.
